Bad Review Based on Shipping Handling
Is there any way to combat or remove bad reviews that clearly was the result of how the package was handled by the delivery?
I ensure every single one of my products are securely packaged when sent to Amazon for FBA. Each product individually gets wrapped, dunnage and inserted into a indestructible mailer. This is the only review where this has happened as the review mentioned the lid was dented. Which was absolutely impossible unless whoever handled the package ran over it with a truck.
It's bad enough that I have a customer leaving a review like this based on it's arrival condition instead of doing the smart thing and reaching out to us (Which we do add inserts if there is anything wrong with the package, please reach out for replacement or full refund). Is there any recourse here? Yes I've already refunded. The entire review is based on the condition of the product on arrival and nothing to do with the actual product, customer also claims they wish they could rate it 0 stars??
This is disappointing that these type of reviews are allowed when we do everything within our power to ensure it goes through FBA safely. (Over 750 units sold and not a single issue so far)

For clarification, are you referring to seller feedback that you received or product reviews that are displayed on the product detail page?
For reference, product reviews provide a description about the quality of the product, its function or usefulness. Seller feedback covers the experience provided by the seller from whom the product has been purchased, in terms of reliability, quality, and overall fulfilment experience.
If you see reviews that you think violate our Community Guidelines, use the Report abuse link next to the review to report it. You can also send email an to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
To request removal of feedback, go to the Feedback Manager. In the Recent Feedback table, next to the specific Order ID, select Request removal under the Actions column.
