Escalation of a Case Involving Non Compliant ASIN
Hello Team,
I need some guidance here. I had a listing that I was not selling. The ASIN was taken down and it drove my Account Health Score below 250. It was a knife and Amazon said it was a stiletto knife which is non-compliant. The ASIN was B00K6LLXJK. It is a knife made by Kershaw called the Manifold Pocket Knife. I deleted the listing.
I provided pictures of the knife showing it was not a stiletto. I provided marketing copy (and link) from Kershaw's website indicating it was not a stiletto. I even referenced a second ASIN for the same knife being sold on Amazon (B00ILFL5X2). This ASIN is active and the pictures clearly show it is not a stiletto knife.
Each time I present this information, I get a form response back, "product is non complaint as per the policy, Hence no path to reinstatement."
Does Seller Support actually have a person review the pictures and information I provide? Categorizing the product as a stiletto is clearly an error.

In general Amazon makes the final decision if an ASIN is permitted to be sold on the website or not. I can confirm that the image and documentation was reviewed and determined to not be sufficient for reinstatement. Thank you for your understanding.
