AWD Global Logistics - Is there a maximum case (outer) box dimension?
I'm looking to send products from China directly to AWD using Amazon Global Logistics.
I am a bit confused regarding the box dimension restrictions.
So I understand the maximum product box dimensions are:
Standard-size ASINs: Products that are 18 inches long x 14 inches wide x 8 inches high or smaller, and that weigh 20 lb or less.
But the help page then also says:
Conveyable boxes: Boxes that are smaller than 25 inches on any side and that weigh 50 lb or less.
The products we want to ship meet the product dimension requirements but come in master case packs that may be bigger than 25 inches. Does this mean we are not able to ship these? Is the outer box max dimension 25x25x25in? Or are there no restrictions regarding this as long as the actual products meet the requirements?

You may want to do some reading in the forum about what to expect with all the things that regularly go wrong when you ship from china straight to the warehouse without you inspecting the product/labels or counting your items first.

As I understand this, the outer box (case pack box) can't be over 25" on any side.
Would like an AMZ support person or more experienced AWD seller to chime in.

The individual asin package dimensions must be within 18 inches long x 14 inches wide x 8 inches high or smaller, and that weigh 20 lb or less.
As for cartons they need to be smaller than 25 inches on any side and that weigh 50 lb or less.
If the master case packs have one or more sides longer than 25 inches these are not allowed.
