Shipment delivered but never checked in
Hi,
I have a shipment that was delivered 2 months ago but still shown as "DELIVERED" on shipment page. Amazon gave me a "DELETED_ABANDON_SHIPMENT" which I fight off with proof of delivery from UPS. Support refuse to investigate because it is not closed, which is very oxymoron...

Hi @Seller_4yPbAtkqjPxE6, in addition to the cases listed (thank you for providing) has this shipment already passed the investigation eligibility date and if so have you opened the investigation yet? Once we know those two things we'll be able to determine the course of action.
