It is Time to say Goodbye to the Amazon team of Sellers
I began selling on Amazon about 2012 selling Cookbooks, Architecture, and Art Books as they were our Passion and love. Over the years both Amazon and we, made friends, Sales, and we both grew successful.
We have tried to have Excellent Metrics, Prompt Shipping, well descripted listings, and Honest Pricing and we are proud of our results
1. The product page was uncluttered with ads and easy to manage. The proper book for the proper price.
2. Amazon (ROBOTS) soon took over and created the Buy Box with GHOST rules
3. We now have the Feature Offer on a messy page and mystery rules that only the BOTS control. IF IT ISN’T BROKE DON’T FIX IT.
It is now been over 5 months since any of my listing have been Eligible for the Feature Offer, sales have dropped from $1600.00 to $40.00 a month. Daily sales from 7-8 a day to 1 every third day and yet I am paying 39.99 a month Professional fee, 46.00 a month for !,000,000.00 insurance policy so a customer won’t sue Amazon if they get a PAPER CUT reading.
I’ve called and written countless times and many promises but NO results.

The damage caused by Amazon to this world is no less than several earthquakes with a magnitude of 8!
We have reason to believe that Amazon is the problem of this world!

I appreciate this feedback and illustration of the issues you've witnessed recently. If you are still checking your seller forums account, please do feel free to share a case ID where you've worked through the featured offer eligibility issues. I could take a look to request an additional review. It's important to note that being eligible will not guarantee placement as the featured offer, but it is a key step!
