I'm at a loss - what more do Amazon want?
So all my postage is bought through Amazon. I purchase Royal Mail 48.
Customer said item was not delivered, checked tracking and of course it shows as delivered.
Customer then opened an A-Z which they then won and i had to refund. I appealed the decision and was told that they still agree with there decision.
What more do Amazon want when we purchase postage through Amazon, tracking shows as delivered but yet they still give our products away for free??
Anyone any ideas cause im at a loss??

at minimum a signature to stand a chance of winning. Though it’s not worth getting a signature for low value goods, you just have to price in the loss as per shoplifters in a bricks and mortar store.
Though if you used Buy Shipping it should protect your ODR (though you would normally still be liable for the refund)
