Can't Get Paid For FedEx Damage Claim
FedEx recently damaged a shipment for an order, which prevented it from being delivered. I purchased the label through Amazon's Buy Shipping. After contacting FedEx and completing all the necessary steps to receive my reimbursement, they informed me that the check had been sent. However, many days passed, and I still hadn't received it. When I called FedEx to follow up, they told me the check was sent to Amazon. I requested the check be sent to me instead, but they stated they couldn't do that because the shipping account has Amazon's address. I've never had this problem with UPS or USPS. Does anyone know how to get paid for a FedEx claim? I even tried having Amazon support and FedEx support on the same line, but that still didn't work. I feel like it's impossible working with FedEx. They always adjust shipping charges, add hidden fees and make it hard to get paid for a claim. FedEx caused so much damage to so many sellers by their adjustments I am surprised they are getting away with it with no lawsuits.

Greetings,
Have you reached out to Amazon Seller support in regards to the reimbursement?
