click "Identity Verification (Unverified)"
then it says "Your account is inactive You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
then I click the link that says "continue"
and it just takes me to a page to manage my charge methods
how can I verify my identification and get my amazon account working again?

Have you added a new credit card (not a debit card)?

I do see that your identity verification came back as invalid and our system wants you to double check your "Primary Contact Information".
When you go to your global dashboard, click on the Identity Verification and follow the prompts.
I see that your card is valid, so that is taken care of. You may want to clear your cache and cookie or try from another device or browser.
