my brand was rejcted and my apeal was denied
My brand was rejected, and my appeal was denied. I am trying to reapply with the correct information on a new application, but when I go to re-apply it says application for Brand 'Wild Ray' is under review. But It shouldnt be under review anymore because everything has been rejected and I even tired "close this case". I have tried getting help through seller support phone call, 'go to my case log' on seller central and through 'manage brand applications' on Brand registry. I still have not been helped. I need someone on Amazon's side to refresh/reset/close case or something to allow me to reapply.

I see that you have 3 applications with 2 different brand names and none are for "Wild Ray."
Please provide the enrollment case ID and/or the Appeal case ID and I can review and hopefully provide additional guidance.
