Deleted and abandoned shipments

Our Shipments【FBA STA (07/13/2024 05:28)-AVP1 FBA186L2VG3F】and 【FBA STA (07/13/2024 05:28)-FWA4FBA186LCTNYR】Have been delivered at August 28th. But it has never been received by FC.

On September 28, These two shipments were reported defective. The reason is that they did not arrive within 30 days of the first shipment of the approved plan arriving at the Amazon warehouse.

The reason why this shipment was not received by Amazon is that the carrier temporarily modified the shipment tracking code, resulting in the tracking information not being captured by the Amazon system, so the status of the shipment has always been in transit and undelivered. But in fact, this shipment FBA186LCTNYR has been delivered to the Amazon warehouse on August 28, but it has not been received because the background cannot capture the tracking information.

We also tried to update them in the background after learning that the carrier changed the tracking code, but it was not updated. Therefore, we also opened Case [ID 16029685231] to report this issue to Amazon, but the response we received was that this shipment will be received on time.

The following is the updated tracking number of this shipment, showing that it has been delivered to the Amazon warehouse on August 28:
