FBA damaged Non returnable item
Recently many of our items marked as non returnable (food items) are getting damaged whose delivery is done by FBA. Amazon returns client full amt immediately in case client files a complain of damaged item, and funds are deducted from sellers account. Amazon charges their fees also right away. In case client doesn't complain and give a bad rating for FBA damaged item Amazon is not willing to remove or own responsibility of the same also. On asking client is not willing to complain to Amazon in spite of repeated attempts to ask them to complain
In both scenario seller has to bear responsibility for no fault of seller. In amazon India amazon makes a comment that it is not sellers responsibility as it was supplied by Amazon FBA. Why cant amazon USA do the same.? why make life for sellers hard?
