From there, you'll find a drop down menu under the Actions column, where you can select the appropriate action to address the issue. We take feedback violations seriously, so be sure to document any concerns and follow the provided steps.

Now, let's say a buyer has sent you an abusive message. In that case, you'll want to use the Buyer Messages feature to report the violation.
