Credit Card Errors

Hi there

I've been using the same credit card for my charge method for North America and EU accounts and there was no issue. Suddenly, I received an email saying my card is invalid while it's working well on my EU accounts. I added a new card and still receiving 'credit card is invalid while i'm using both cards on other websites and services.

Both of the cards are credit cards and are not prepaid. The billing address is the same as my Bank.

And my credit card billing address has been changed to the registered address of the account, but it still doesn't work, and I've been waiting for 10 days!

Please help me!

Hi, I've had the same issue.

All I did was delete the existing card which previously worked fine, like yours did. And then I re added it.

So far all is working just fine

All I did was delete the existing card which previously worked fine, like yours did. And then I re added it.

We have same problem. Also our card was charged more of 40 times of 1 euro, and 207 euro in Amazon Italy , 14 euro charge in Amazon France. And after all this, customer support explain us: you have to add a valid payment method ?!?!?!?. Very stupid situation. Extremely unprofessional of them. Our account is blocked more of two weeks. Orders, messages, A-Z claims. An account 8 years of build was taken down by Amazon in 10 days........
