I hope someone could help. I have this reason for rejection:

This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form.

Case ID 15648438881

Since I have checked thoroughly before submission, the registered business name and business identifier are the same as in:

o Business certificate from local authority

o USPTO registration receipt: as in attachment

o Legal entity information on Amazon Seller Central

o Display information on USPTO website

So my question is :

1. how i could improve next time submission?

2. whether my application is locked for 90 days since in the email mentioned "As part of our commitment to ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all brands in Brand Registry, we conduct business verification checks before completing enrollment. Upon review, we noticed discrepancies in the information provided for your business. Ensuring accuracy is critical for maintaining the integrity of Brand Registry and providing the best service to our customers. As a precautionary measure, access to your application will be locked for 90 days to allow you to provide the correct information through our appeal process."

I've taken a look at your application and raised it to the enrollment team to have them conduct a secondary review! I can't guarantee a change in the outcome but will keep you updated.
