I am reaching out to gather more information before proceeding with the closure of this account. I originally opened it because my UK [Amazon Seller Central Europe] account was deactivated under Section 3 in relation to this account. Now that the issue has been resolved, I would like to close this account. However, before moving forward, I would like to confirm if closing this account will affect my UK [Amazon Seller Central Europe] account, as the two accounts are linked. I have another account so can I keep this account with Amazon permission?

Do not close this account. Simply make sure you have no products listed and put the account in vacation mode

Connor from Amazon here, thank you for the question.
You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
- You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
- You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
- You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
