Amazon's feedback policy is terrible
I an Amazon US apparel seller. I have an order 114-5051955-5397002 and the buyer left me a negative feedback which reads “Order 2 sets of these, both gold color. when I got them they are 2 different colors of gold. When I got them they are 2 different colors of gold.” The buyer claimed to have purchased 2 sets of these, both gold color. This is ridiculous. Because the buyer only purchased an ivory wedding dress from our store, our items are only available in ivory and white and we have not sold the item in gold. And the buyer's order is still in transit. Obviously this is a malicious and erroneous negative feedback. And the buyer admitted to us in an email that she just got the order wrong and left the wrong negative feedback. But Amazon would not agree to remove the feedback.
This is a very shameful and unfair policy.
We should not be subjected to this kind of spammy feedback and policy.
