Products not searchable in app!!!! PLEASE help
Sales have completely tanked, even for items with excellent rank that I have the buy box for.
Today I searched keywords and asins in the app, and the product did NOT come up. Items did come up on desktop. BUT MOST CUSTOMERS BUY THROUGH THE APP. Please check your listings and comment! This needs to be fixed ASAP kj_amazon can you please help?

I just wanted to stop by and check in to see if you still required assistance on this issue? I didn't find a case recently filed about a particular ASIN that is not searchable in your case log. If you have reached out to Selling Partner Support, please provide the Case ID.
If you have not reached out to Selling Partner Support, I'd recommend opening a case and being a specific and detailed as possible such as sharing:
- ASIN that is not searchable
- Steps you have taken to look for the product
- Screenshots of not being able to find the ASIN
- Confirmation that you have checked there isn't any search suppression being placed on the ASIN by checking your Manage Inventory page
- Any additional information that would help support with their investigation.
