Title Update Issue: Frustrating Experience with Amazon Seller Support

Recently encountered a perplexing issue while trying to update the title of my product on Amazon. I had a sizable inventory ready for order and wanted to ensure everything was in order. Upon accessing the product edit page, Amazon prompted me to input a list price, which I promptly did. However, upon updating, I noticed that my brand name was missing from the title.

Naturally, I attempted to rectify this by trying to update the title with the brand name, but to no avail. After reaching out to seller support, I received the typical robotic responses,

despite explaining the issue repeatedly across multiple support tickets.

Their initial response claimed that my title exceeded 150 characters, which was preventing the update. Despite shortening the title to 149 characters as instructed, nothing changed even after waiting the allotted 48 hours.

Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue led to suggestions of deleting and relisting the ASIN, as apparently, Amazon restricts changes to certain attributes after initial entry. Despite complying with this advice multiple times, the problem persisted, and my brand name remained absent from the title.

Each time I contacted seller support, I was met with the same generic responses, urging me to wait another 48 hours. It's become apparent that they're simply wasting my time, and no one seems to have a clear understanding of the underlying issue.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem recently? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. This ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm at a loss for what to do next.
