Anyone have problems booking a UPS collection today - 30th January

Is anyone having trouble booking an online UPS collection today?

My screen says it's unavailable and gives a number that is constantly engaged.

Been happening to me for two weeks and can't get a sensible answer from anyone!

Hi, it happened to me when using chrome. I changed to edge and it works. That was a few days ago though.

It seems that there indeed was some sort of issue going on, that has been fixed on February 2nd based on this other thread.

Anyone on here still experiencing issues?
