Auto-Authorised returns
Not sure what to do here. Last week a customer purchased 2 T Shirts, these were posted the same day. Two days later a return is auto authorised, the reason for the return was 'purchased two shirts in error, I only wanted one'.
Two days later, upon first scan, the customer was refunded by Amazon for the two T Shirts and today only one shirt has come back.
I have messaged the buyer twice but of course they are ignoring me.

A well known scam, sadly. They will have been refunded on first scan of the return.
You could try opening a safe-T claim, and take photos of the return,

You would need to open a Safe-T Claim with amazon.

As part of the Safe-T Claim, you'll need a photo of the packaging they used showing the returns label, so don't throw it away until you've taken one.
