I keep getting the same message from different people--a scam???
This is the same message I got a few days ago from another buyer. But I can't find their orders. Is this a scam? It seems I'm being targeted to ship something that I don't have an order for.
(1)When will my shopping be delivered?

(2) When will my order be shipped? From where?Stop sold fake item asin: B0BB7KTV7R
Can someone tell me how to stop these messages?

I see 5 sellers on that ASIN.
If you cannot find the orders, and being that English is not the native language of these buyers, its possible that these buyers think that you are the seller for their orders because the buy box is rotating....but they actually purchased from another seller.
Its not a scam but, unfortunately, there is no way to stop these messages.

In general it is recommended just to indicate to those buyers you do not have records of their Orders and direct them to Amazon Customer Service. If you see something suspicious in a message from a buyer you can report it via the Report Abuse Form.
