Products lost shopping carts

Hello everyone, we want to ask for help about how to get shopping cart back, our store's most of Asins lost shopping cart, this made our sales really bad, is there any way we can recover shopping cart and Featured Offer eligible back??

We don't have any performance warning, and the percentage of odr is also 0, but most of the products in the store have lost their shopping carts. We would like to ask how to restore our shopping carts normally.

However, upon review, I can confirm that the 3 ASINs in question are actually eligible for Featured Offer. Please review the ASINs on your inventory, and let us know in case you need further support.

Not, it's important to understand that becoming eligible for the Featured Offer doesn't guarantee that you will get featured. However, there are a few things that you can do to increase your chances. For more information, go to Become the Featured Offer.

hi, did you get the shopping carts back?

I'm facing the same situation, i lost all my shopping carts for the entire store, i have 60+ links and more than 300 ASIN now have no shopping carts.

I called support team to help me, but they said need time to check, may I know did you get any feedback and is the problem solved?
