Accounts Inactive - no clear reason!

My account went inactive after only 2 months inactivity. I was prompted to add a new credit card information. I updated/submitted the previous one as it is the only one I have. It was accepted with no issues. Now, everything seems to be active/normal as I can add to inventory or operate as usual, except on the "account info" page, my both US and Canada accounts are shown as "inactive". The "vacation" setting is also OFF. Could please someone help?

Do you have listings in the "Manage Inventory" of those marketplaces or don't you have?

As long as it is an actual Credit Card, try putting it into the BUYER side first, wait about an hour, and then reenter it in the Seller Side.

Amazon is weird and sometimes that actually works!

Since you can add inventory and log in your account, your account is active. Do you have sales? Probably yes. I don't know why you think that your account is inactive.

Can't you chose a numan forum name, metalworking & parts?
