How long should it take for a product that arrived in Amazon FBA warehouses to be available for sale? My products arrived on Amazon on January 2/24 and are not yet available for sale, the shipping status remains as receiving.

Receiving times can vary, particularly during seasons of high volume (Holidays, etc). I took a look and can see you have a shipment currently in being received, with a date listed for when the shipment will be eligible for investigation. You can find that on the Shipping Events tab of your shipment, and I recommend requesting the investigation if the issues persist. Let me know if you have additional thoughts or questions!
