Request for Account Reinstatement and FBA Inventory Assistance
Dear Amazon Community Manager,
I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding the deactivation of my seller account.
On 01/16/2024, I received a performance notification "Review of your Amazon seller account" and promptly provided documents such as the business license, mobile phone invoice, and credit card statement. Unfortunately, on 01/19/2024, I received a second performance notification stating that my account was deactivated due to suspicions of engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
Despite submitting a total of 12 appeals with authentic and unaltered documents, including Utility bill for electricity, Business licenses, ID card of the legal representative, World First account statement, Credit card statement, Order report, Email of Fulfillment by Amazon, Sourcing information documents, Trademark filling receipt and Self-declaration of brand owner, I have been informed that review team do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.
I urgently request your support in reactivating my seller account and also seek assistance in postponing the automatic disposal of my FBA inventory, which is currently set for 04/15/2024. Due to the imminent disposal date, I am unable to extend this manually and require more time to address the account suspension through the appropriate channels.
I have attached copies of the two performance notifications for your reference. Your prompt attention and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
