I uploaded my seller identity verification documents on 3.25 , and until today 4.16, I have not received any response. It has been 21 days without a reply!
The seller identity verification page still shows the status as "under review."

Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite the verification process. We will need to wait for a response as these can sometimes take longer than usual.
