Amazon Lost 64 of my units, I have submitted proper documentation and their robots keep telling to to submit the same documentation. Please help
I just want to get reimbursed for my missing units and to speak to a real person. I submitted the same type of documentation I aways submit when something is lost and their robots are not happy.
Shipment ID t FBA180PG96NQ
Thank you.

As far as I know, lost inventory claims support is not available via telephone or chat.

@TaylorR_Amazonplease help. This is so frustrating

expect to get denials for 4 weeks or so before someone actually looks at your case.
keep resending your invoices. Keep re-opening the same case--don't let it stay closed long or it will close permanently.
They will give you denial after denial for 4 or 5 weeks.

Persistence is the key. Same thing happened to us when they lost our shipment and Amazon kept telling us to submit the same documentation again and again. Eventually Amazon took responsibility and redeemed us for the profit we would have made had we sold all the items through FBA. Good luck!

I'm just realizing I am missing inventory as well. They must have a theft issue. Can I ask what documentation you sent to show thw quantities you included?

This is one reason I do not use FBA.
They claimed I sent up three empty boxes even though I have the UPS receipt showing the actual weight.
They got about 90 units from us.
There was a time, a long time ago, where if they could not find the product in three days and make it active, they reimbursed you. Of course you had to request it.
Then it was 14, then 30, then 45, then 60.
Now it seems they deny ever losing anything. I think it must affect their bonus so they just say it was never sent in or sent in empty, knowing there is not a thing we can do about it.
And yet, I keep getting emails telling me how much money I could make using FBA.

Good afternoon, and thank you for your patience!
Do you have the case ID where you requested the investigation to the shipment, and where you supplied the requested documents? Let me know and I will be happy to look into this further :)

You will never get anywhere. Same happened to me, eventually had to just forget about them losing 50 units and them not caring whatsoever what happened and that it was on them for losing them too. They could care less about your products and it shows by the way customer service deals with the matter. They transfer your products to other warehouses and 9 times out of 10 they lose or damage them in the process. Joke show!!

Good luck, we have wasted so much time and energy dealing with issues like this, and have come to the realization that they honestly do not care!!
