Hi, can anyone help to get a template of contact between brand name and manufacturer to use for brand registry? My contact has been refused as Amazon said it has missing some contents. Please help. Thank you.

We kindly request you to apply for Brand registry application by following below information provided:
1: Eligibility requirements:
To be eligible for Brand Registry, your brand must have one of the following:
- An active registered trademark in each country where you would like to enroll
- A pending trademark application that is filed via Amazon IP Accelerator
- A trademark that is pending registration in a subset of accepted trademark offices
2: Sign into Amazon Brand Registry
- Brand Registry applications must be submitted by the trademark owner.
3: Enroll your brand:
- Once you sign in, you will need to enroll your brand(s).
