Directing traffic to website
I am a current FBM and FBA seller and have just opened my own website to expand my business outside of Amazon. My question is can I direct previous customers from FBM to my website by direct messaging them or does this violate Amazon Terms of Service? If I can't do this, is there a workaround that others have found success with?

"can I direct previous customers from FBM to my website by direct messaging them"
Sure you can IF you don't mind getting suspended immediately.
"does this violate Amazon Terms of Service?"
Did you read the part about directing business away from Amazon?
"is there a workaround that others have found success with"
Since AMAZON reads the posts on here anyone telling you how they scammed the system would be putting their account at risk!
@Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bltypes faster (and shorter) than I do!

Hello @Seller_awe4QnyT5o0s9
Amazon's Terms of Service prohibit directing traffic away from Amazon.com.
