Product Detail Page Tampering violation because someone else changed title?
Received a product detail page tampering violation for an ASIN where the title was changed to reflect a different product. I did not change the title. Asked seller support to revert the title back and instead they replied that I need to appeal the violation. Can't appeal the violation until the title is changed back. As usual just going in circles.

Hello @Seller_lCB1JudnCSjZU,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your recent policy violation surrounding detail page tampering.
Typically, these situations will advise on the policy violation, but rarely do we disclose the exact location of the violation, How were you made aware of a title change?
Additionally, I would ask that you provide your original notification advising on the violation so we have a bit more information. You also mentioned that you did not change the title, were there other listing updates or even just inconsistencies in the listing that would be considered a fundamental change from the listed product?
Have you fully reviewed the listing and all of its attributes to understand where the issue stems from? I would suggest if you have not to compare your listings to our detail page rules help page to ensure they comply in their entirety.

Hello @Seller_lCB1JudnCSjZU,
I appreciate the follow up information,
I have reached out to the account health team who has confirmed you have an appeal button for this concern in the account health page. The mentioned issue appears to be related to the listing it self violating our policies. This requires the listing to be updated, which may need to take place by the original creator. They also confirmed this issue has no impact on your account.
As I am unable to assist further with listing updates like these, I have reached out to our community managers to review your situation and provided case and follow up if they can provide more guidance.
