Return inventory and close account

hello, I’ve been trying to close my account for over a year because I couldn’t sell but the problem is I have inventory on Amazon warehouses so they’re telling me I have to return or dispose of the inventory first but I’ve been trying that over and over and my return requests or even disposal requests keep being canceled by Amazon, on top of that I keep getting charged random fees for storage. I’ve started so many cases to try to resolve this but I keep getting the same robotic answers with no help and no resolution. Now I’ve just canceled my card so I would stop being charged and I still can’t close my account so I don’t know what to do….pleasee help

You cannot close an account as long as you have products in a warehouse. The longer you wait, the higher are your storage fees. If you couldn't create a removal order and you don't intend to sell never again in your life on Amazon, you did the best possible thing by canceling your card. Just if you decide in twenty years to sell on Amazon, you will not be able to do so.

yeah I did all of that way before I actually canceled my card I only canceled my card after completely giving up. I started over 50 cases and every time they would tell me that they can’t complete my requests because the warehouses the inventory are in can’t do return requests so they will have to ship them to other warehouses that accept return requests and they would tell me to wait 90 days for them to do that but they never did (this occurred multiple times) I also did downgrade my account but there’s still long term storage fees. Yeah so canceling my card was a last resort. But thank you for the feedback!
