FTW1 Entire shipment missing

Amazon warehouse FTW1 seems to have lost all but 38 items in 2 shipment of 4472 units.

It has been around 180 days since the stock was delivered. I raised several cases the most recent being case ID 14801311211,14742748551, we have offered the shipment appointment files, and packing list files.

We double-checked with the trucker that he had delivered all the merchandise at the scheduled time, and at the scheduled unloading location.

Does anybody have any experience of how this gets resolved? And how long does it take.

I have taken a further look into your cases and see that Seller Support is still investigating this situation further within case 14801311211. Now, I do need that team to finish their investigation before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed depending on those results.
