i need an account health specialist to call me and cant get through for over a week!!!
I can't get the "account health specialist" call option to work for me. I've been trying for over a week. I did two live chat cases and they said I need to talk to an account health specialist but again, the feature will not work not matter now many times I try.
Anyone who can offer advice, especially an account health specialist, please help to get me back on track with my issue so both myself and Amazon can continue making more money together. My phone number and email from my account are still active.
