Hi

I am currently on the SFP trial with Royal Mail and have been for over two months, but im struggling to graduate through no fault on my own.

Although I hand my itrms to Royal Mail on-time, a small number (about 3% at the moment) fail to receive their first scan from Royal Mail until the next day, resulting in a defect against my on-time dispatch metric.

TBH i am starting to think it is not actually possible to pass the trial when using Royal Mail.

Whats been your experience?

I don't think it will be possible until they include Tracked 24 in Amazon's Buy Shipping. I tried to offer it my premium shipping options (non SFP), but some were arriving in two days, so got scolded by the metric bots.

Did you notice an increase in sales on the trial?
