A-to-z Claims, Amazon did not give me the disbursement they promissed in their email

Has anyone received such an email here? After the buyer withdrew an A-to-z Claims, I received an email from atoz-guarantee-no-reply@amazon.com, which said amazon will disburse an amount.
Will Amazon really give me the money in the end? I have been waiting for several months and have not received this money.
I opened a case to inquire about the progress of this amount, but did not receive any clear answer.
