Differentiating seller initiated refunds vs Amazon.

On my returns report I am trying to measure what is refunded from in house. Is there a way to identify which refunds are seller initiated vs Amazon initiated?

Hi @Seller_W473U1C4bnAE3,

Are you referring to returns you provide a shipping label for versus Amazon prepaid returns? I just want to be sure I understand your question fully so I can point you to the correct resources and provide the most accurate information.

In the meantime, take a look at this Seller University video provides information on the returns report and how it breaks out to into things like A-to-Z claims or Safe-T claims. I'm not sure if it's going to have the answer you are looking for, but once we have some clarity I'll be able to get you a more specific answer.
