My Account Got Suspended Again While It was Still Deactivated
Hello,
My account was deactivated back on Feb 12 for utility bill. For some reasons I was unable to reactivate it and I have never received a response from the team for my appeals.
On July 4th, I received an email out of the blue which says my account is deactivated due to fraudulent and illegal activities.
How the hack would I violate a policy while my account was already deactivated? I don't even know what is going on and the seller performance team still does not respond to my appeals. I call AH team dozens of times but no one even knows what's going on with the account. Please, I need updates from MODs!
The moderators consistently closing my cases with a reason of repeated threads. Please, this is not a repeated case, please someone help me!
