Contacting Brand Registry

I couldn't make a change to an image for a product and was told by support that the product was registered to someone else. That's impossible because I know the manufacturer and the manufacturer only provides the product to me.
I was told by support to contact Brand Registry but, I can't contact Brand Registry unless I registered the brand - which I haven't but, no one else has either. I have several other products by the same manufacturer and I don't have a problem making changes to those images.
Is there some other way to contact Brand Registry to fix the issue?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist you. Unfortunately, the case ID you provided here lists the ASIN, but nothing else and the response from Seller Support was to open a new case within Seller Support and not Brand Registry.
Do you perhaps have another case ID that I can review?

I submitted an application for brand registry with the Case ID 15153971601 on 22.04.2024. Currently, the status of my application is "Pending Review." This prolonged pending status has placed me in a challenging position as I am unable to reapply for my brand name due to the system's restrictions.
