Customer left retalitory feedback - can it be removed?
Customer left us a negative feedback in response of item not received or never arrived.
Tracking number showed that he signed and picked up the package from UPS access point.
After all this event, it gets interesting. The buyer decided to contact us two and a half weeks later to claim he didn't received the item. We replied right away and explaining to him that he signed for the package with proof of delivery to show it. Then he proceed to say he has no one else lived with him and he is "at work so it's impossible that he signed for the package". Of course that wouldn't mean a whole lot if he is just to go to UPS access point at any time (and no one can verify the timeline of when he supposedly work).
We offered him help in filing for a lost package. He ghosted us for better part of another 2 and a half weeks. So imagine 5 weeks after his purchase, he filed a A to Z claim....got denied instantly by Amazon.
He left us a negative feedback saying "I received no cooperation from seller." Even though we tried in messages in helping him get situated and he ghosted us. Plus his phone associated with his Amazon account is not active. So there is no way of reaching him. The bad part of this negative feedback is that it affected our ODR and we got a notice of account risk of being deactivated.
We would like to find out if this type of feedback can be removed as we have chain of messages showing we reached out to the customer before and after the feedback. He obviously left the feedback after he got denied by Amazon without us turning him down for help. So the feedback is not true of us not wanting to cooperate. Yet the customer is the one that was not cooperating in this whole matter.

Hello @Seller_Eji6eD6g9EejT
If you provide the related Order number, I can review it and determine if escalation is appropriate.
Thanks, Susan

More than half my negative feedbacks are left for similar reasons. None were ever removed. Things I have never sold, item that was delivered, but they say wasn't, and the newest one.... seller makes it difficult to return with too many steps. I give up trying. But, with only 4 feedbacks a month, I guess I'm lucky the other hundreds of buyers choose not to leave any.

I feel for you. It's unlikely Amazon will remove this. Amazon is aware of the fact that seller feedback has morphed into an extortion / vengeance system. Amazon maintains this system specifically because Amazon WANTS the customers to be able to manipulate, extort and exact vengeance on sellers. Amazon believes that this will make sellers give into unreasonable customer demands. In effect Amazon is counting on our fear to help them "delight" the customers.

Nope. Feedback is a Joke. Worse than even YELP Reviews. Just leave a comment (reply) with your side most buyers see thru the lies. (The most ridicious thing, is that you can sell like 1,000 items a day - and have one issue and your feedback will be lucky to get 5 feedbacks in total and +1 bad comment for the whole month) and your at 60% - the system is broken, and unbalanced.
