The country of origin that you selected in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country of origin in the documents that you provided.

Hi! Can anyone give me a clue of where should i be digging because i don't know how to handle the situation. I am facing the '' country of origin'' issue after 3 months of my account having been registered.

I registered my account with my US LLC and as a contacted person - i indicated myself with my Ukrainian passport details and scans. Everything was fine. But now when being verified for second time, Amazon is saying that country of origin selected when registering an account does not match the country of origin in my provided documents. How can that be ? I am 100% sure that i indicated my country of birth/citizenship as Ukraine and provided passport details along with scan copy when registering.

I don't have any other docs. Where can i update my '' country of origin'' ? Is it legal entity tab? or is it official registered address tab? or is it business address tab? What is '' country of origin'' in Amazon understanding?
