Account Suspended with no exact reason
Dear Amazon Community,
May I have your attention please? @Steve_Amazon@Troy_Amazon@Sonny_Amazon
On 16 January, 2024 our amazon account suspended and we have been asked to submit Gas bill and company certificate. We uploaded the required documents and after that we received a message that we have confirmed that your account is engaged in deceptive , fraudulent, and illegal activities etc.
Our account health is always remain perfect and we didn't have any negative feedback in this regard. However, one thing cross our mind that in the month of July 2023 we created a seller account with different LLC, however after 3 weeks we deleted that seller account. and since that time we are only using a single seller account that is suspended due to unknown reason. we tried to contact amazon health time many times, unfortunately they don't share any feedback in this issue.
can you please guide us what step we should follow?
Thanks & Regards

you can only have 1 seller account unless you get prior approval from Amazon.
I am thinking the documentation you provided matched the second (and current) accounts and therefore confirmed the 2nd account was created by you, against Amazon policy, not to mention any cookies they've dumped onto your computer from both accounts.
If you don't have an option to appeal, you may be done for. Hopefully soneone else has guidance.

That is incorrect. You do not need approval, there are rules though
Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI
You cannot open another account if the first one was suspended. If you did not finish activating that account, you cannot "delete" it. Only accounts in good standing can be deleted. You need to fix the first account.

So your first account was fully activated?

No. the email doesn't say anything about another account.
Not at all. they tell you exactly why it was suspended:
that could be many things: getting free products for reviews and ratings as a customer, too many returns and damaged returns as a customer, paying for ratings/reviews for you or other sellers, giving bad or good ratings to other sellers, buying the stock of competitors, clicking the ads of other sellers, hijacking branded listings, edit listings that you didn't create, attempt to take over listings, selling fake products on other's or your listing, introducing forbidden backend keywords in competitors listing aiming the deactivation of it, insulting or talking bad to Amazon employees.... and many more. Amazon will NOT reveal what you did do. Just know that the bots see ANY movement you do and you did the last years on internet.
It could also be that you engaged a VA who is related to abusive behavior of other clients.
Did you apply for Brand Registry? Then the fraudulent activity could be also because of the abusive behavior of your attorney.
Read CAREFULLY the deactivation email you got and look IF you have a possibility to appeal and what Amazon is asking from you.

Using other brands as keywords IS a violation. Is it the violation that caused this? Impossible to say, but this alone could be enough.
You are not likely getting your account back, ever, no matter what.

Hello @Seller_Ss0G3s3wwOFpb- thanks for reaching out here on the forums. The best guide on steps to follow for addressing such situations is this Seller University video on addressing multiple account policy violations.
While I may not have much more visibility into such situations than what is included in the performance notifications section of your account, if you'd like to share a case ID you have open with support, I'd be happy to take a closer look and see how we can best advise.
Thanks,
Danny
