IMPORTANT - Disbursement Hold email legit?
Hi all,
I received an email from Goldstein, Aaron (Perkins Coie), AGoldstein at perkinscoie.com with below message: Is this a legit email?
Our Firm is Counsel to Amazon.com, Inc. (“Amazon”). Pursuant to the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, which you assented to when you registered as a seller on amazon.com, you are contractually obligated to defend and indemnify Amazon with respect to the above-referenced claim. As a result of your failure to respond to Amazon’s repeated tender of defense and indemnity, Amazon will be placing a distribution hold on your account to reimburse Amazon for fees and costs it as incurred to investigate and resolve the claim.

Yes. It appears they are referencing some kind of claim.
