Amazon has put our selling account on hold in Dec 2020, Over 3 YEARS

For one year Amazon has requested the same information from me and I
provided the valid information clearly to them that the requested and i get the
same automated message back. there is bug or an error in the system
In addition there has been no orders in the last 365 days and Amazon still
requests tracking information in which we have provided anyway.
Please restore our account. We have submitted the requested information
nearly 150 times after Amazon requested it each time
