For order 114-7577625-6628250, the package was shipped via Amazon's buy shipping services. The package was delivered and signed for by the customer. After package delivery, the customer filed an A-to-Z claim, saying that the package did not arrive. Amazon granted the claim in favor of the customer and debited the amount from our account, which makes no sense at all.
The package was shipped via Amazon's buy shipping services. The customer did receive the package and signed for it. The customer never returned the item to us after receiving the refund. The case number is 14466809641. Can you help us escalate the case for further review @Quincy_Amazon@Glenn_Amazon@Rose_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon

I was taking a further look at your information outlined above and it appears that you have filed an appeal on this A-Z Claim. I'm unable to see the outcome of this appeal, can you please share the results of that appeal and if this appeal was granted in your favor after updating Buy Shipping Tracking ID information to the claim details?
