Changing from Individual to LLC Seller Account - Foreign Resident
Hello,
I would love to have some help understanding the transition from an Invdividual Account to an US LLC.
1- What are the steps I should follow once I have the LLC ready?
2- What happens with my Brand Registred in Amazon ? Can I keep it considering that I am the main partner in the LLC and the Brand is registered with my name?

1. Sell all your inventory
2. Wait 90 days
3. Properly close your account
4. Wait two weeks
5. Create a new seller account with your US LLC
No idea what happens with your Brand Registry. Maybe you can proove that your private name sold the brand to a US LLC? No idea.
