Signature confirmation but still refunded for INR
Amazon Policy state that A to Z claim for Item Not Received but has signature confirmation for delivery and the order was delivered within the Estimated Delivery Date on the order details will not be honored. However Amazon refunded the a to z claim and has denied our appeal even after link for tracking information as well as screen shot from the UPS website proof that customer has signed for the package. The item is over $800+. MOD please help! Thank you in advance.

Was the item scanned as shipped on time (did the carrier scan when received)?

Did they debit your account? We often get approved A to Z claims that do not impact our account and that Amazon refunds themselves.
