Assigning a brand to our brand registry

Our brand was registered before we set up our account and I am trying to move it to our registry. If I try to register the brand it says it is already registered and my only option is to send a request to the brand owner. I have "sent a request" to them multiple times to be added and I do not get a response. I am the trademark/brand owner and need help taking back our brand. Every ticket I submit to Amazon Seller Support gives me a generic answer and marks the ticket as "Answered".
