Can't access seller account at all after entity change

so I messaged seller verification, they emailed back saying go ahead and change legal entity on the transfer account section.

Did this, it signed me out, I signed back in to a message saying “Credit Card Invalid. you must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account.”

Ok when I click the button it takes me to a blank screen. When I try to click help, I get a blank screen. Any button I click on the seller central page takes me to a blank seller central screen.

I have thousands worth of stock and can’t access a thing or open a case

sounds like a headache!

I would email seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk from your registered seller email address and wait on a reply. They should be able to help. They are the team who have sent me instructions on how to change my entity although I haven’t done it just yet.

Did you manage to update your card?

By the way, it sounds like a potential technical issue that you could resolve with Seller Support.

Even if your credit card is not valid, you can still contact them by clicking the Help button in the top-right corner.
