That is for you to figure out. Amazon won't give you any more of an explanation.

Does a familiy member or a friend of you have a seller account? And did they use your wifi, or you their's?

Post the notice you received from Amazon, minus any personally identifying information. The notice usually has the name of the account you've been linked with. I see you said you don't recognize the other account.
In addition to the questions Brigitte posed, other things to consider to determine how the linkage happened would be:
- Logging into your account using someone's computer who also has an account or letting that person log into their account using your computer
- Sharing a physical address, email address, banking information with someone who also has an account
- Using a third party to help with your account
- Logging into your account from a home or business location where someone has an account of their own
- Have you ever begun to open another marketplace to sell in but didn't finish the process?

Hi @Seller_XxrqTNDNRZwDX,
Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. Please reference the performance notification sent on 2/28/24. The linked store that is deactivated is communicated in that notification. The violation in that store must be resolved for this account to be reactivated.
I am also providing additional information on our multiple account policy. You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Examples of a legitimate business justification include:
- You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each
- You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies
- You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts
Please reference the resources below for more information on this as well.
Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy
Address a Multiple Account Policy violation
Selling policies and seller code of conduct
Please let me know if there are any other questions.
Thanks,
Steve
