I was looking through whole forum but still was not able to find answers to my exact thoughts...

This AHT seems to be a disastrous update for 9 of 10 FBM sellers. I also got email about promise gap because, jeez, I was shipping few specific items faster then I should have and that's why I will be punished. Possibly, this can happen only here, anyway...

The issue is that I got this email on October 22, 2024 and since then I did a lot of changes to minimize this gap to 0.something days. Plus, as many of us, I started to ship certain items intentionally later to avoid this aht nonsense. Everything would be good BUT... system calculates now only days Time window: 30 days | Promised delivery date: 10/9/2024 - 11/8/2024. and tomorrow is deadline of 30 days.

This means that no matter what I do, calculation will not get there in time and system won't see "how accurate" I became. So my questions to ones who did the change:

1. Should I intentionally enable this AHT myself now, in order to avoid this threatening message that "once automatically enabled, you won't be able to disable it anymore" tomorrow?

2. What happens after that - should I wait some days, week or two to see gap going to less than 2 days and then DISABLE it? Will I be able to disable it easily?

3. after enabling and disabling, will the handling time stay as it was during AHT enabled period? I mean, are you saying I will need to edit all my 4000+ listings handling time one-by-one all over again???
